This renovation of a 50's era ranch home includes a sophisticated crawlspace ventilation system with a built in air-to-air heat exchanger. This system will eliminate ambient moisture while utilizing the reusable heat and redistributing it back into the crawlspace. In the kitchen, The cabinets are solid cherry with Icestone counter tops made from recycled glass. The backsplash is hand painted Mexican tile. All kitchen appliances are Energystar compliant. The bathroom has porcelain ceramic tile in the tub area, the countertop is Corian with premolded under-counter sinks.

Complete restoration of the exterior with custom windows and frames for this Woodstock home. The bathroom was remade into a totally handicap-accessible shower room, with state-of-the-art fixtures. The bedroom and office renovated with antique hardware on all the windows and doors, hardwood panelling, also made wheelchair-accessible

European kitchen with hand-made cabinets made from local, rough-cut pine, hand-cut stone tiles, yellow-pine floor, top-of-the-line appliances, porcelain farmhouse sink

Historically sensitive restoration and rehabilitation of 18th century house for a prominent Woodstock writer. All new, energy-efficient windows and frames, siding matched and replaced as required.

An extensive interior renovation of an older Woodstock home. The custom-built bathtub and shower with Italian ceramic tile; and the kitchen with european birch cabinets with stainless steel hardware, composite countertops, all stainless appliances and stunning stainless and glass exhaust hood all meet energy code standards.

A charming studio extension and deck on the property of a well-known Woodstock artist, this recent project was built using only state-of-the-art HVAC materials and practices.

The garage, originally built by a previous artist/owner, was totally rehabilitated and brought back to usefulness without sacrificing its charm.

Here, a private mountain-top compound was enhanced by extensive repairs, rehabilitation and additional construction that included decks of top-quality cedar and mahogany. As a result of the super-insulation put in, this home now can boast the highest R-values in both its walls and ceilings. All of the ultra-efficient windows and doors were custom-designed and handmade. Woodstock, NY.

This handsome, specially designed barrier-free 300-gallon bathing tub was installed as part of the above project.

This two-story addition was made to an existing home in order to provide a climate- controlled environment. Additionally, a barrier-free, fully handicap-accessible environment --including an elevator -- was created for the owner. Woodstock, NY.
